You are responsible for your account security. One account per person.
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant LUMAFITT a license to display it. Prohibited content includes anything illegal under UAE law (alcohol, gambling, controlled substances, adult content).
Sellers must hold a valid UAE trade license. LUMAFITT verifies sellers before listings go live. Payments are processed securely; refunds follow seller policies.
Trainers are independent providers. Bookings and payments are between you and the trainer. Cancellation policies apply.
Creator subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or UAE law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
LUMAFITT is operated by Businesstech Arabia FZE (Innovation Licence 6803), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
